I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience with Baxter Real Estate Agent. I would say, absolute professional and very transparent throughout the sale process. It was a great experience dealing with Monika (Primarily) and Declan and both were very supportive and always reachable on phone and emails. Melissa helped with the sale of my apartment in Ongar, Dublin 15. Thanks to her advice and recommendations following our initial joint inspection of the property we secured a higher Purchase Price. We definitely chose the right agent ! Just over a year ago our mum passed away. So we decided to sell the family home and let go of all the memories attached to it. Amazing experience with both Monika & Jozef - We were FTB, already mortgage approved and from our 1st visit to the moment we were able to collect the precious keys, it only took 2 months for us which was amazing. Thoughout the process Monika was in touch regularly, doing check points & making sure the process was moving along for both parties...no sick games being played at the very beginnning while I was bidding against a couple more people, it was all very transparent & fair I felt. They rang me on a Friday to tell me I was the highest bidder which felt unreal, that totally made my weekend & my whole Summer.
