Auctioneera did a fantastic job by advising what was necessary to get the house ready for sale. Laura was absolutely brilliant and gave us names of tradespeople etc. They arranged viewings and access to the house as it was unoccupied. A very quick sale and we were really delighted it went so well. Would highly recommend Auctioneera, a very professional and personal experience.

They use extremely misleading AI images for their listings which makes me lose trust in them. The point of staging a home is to show, realistically, how furniture and decor fit in a home. AI cannot be accurate about size, orientation etc. Especially so for gardens. If they can't be bothered to properly photograph or stage the property, why would I trust them with the rest of the process?

The worst social media presence. Calling people losers and whingers. Said they don’t need anyone’s business. Actually posting a story with regard to one individual, disgusting carry on. The unrealistic use of ai needs to be questioned but the comments and lack of professionalism are outright awful. I’ve sent to 3 people to stay away from.

The bar for estate agents is already low, but this is some of the most incredibly unprofessional behaviour I've ever seen. Absolutely astounding. This is apparently a "professional opinion". What a joke of a company.
