Absolutely would recommend this Auctioneer to anyone. Very professional, communication excellent, notification daily on viewings, offers made and whether they were approved for finance. Brendan a gentleman to meet, very thorough, went through everything and sold the apartment in quick time. A set fee and only charged if property is sold. No hidden extras, excellent to deal with. Would recommend Auctioneera to any seller.

I had read a lot of positive reviews about Auctioneera and decided to go with them. Now that the sale is complete, it was an incredibly good decision. From initial engagement, to providing the relevant ID, to getting photos taken to viewing the property and finally to the actual bidding, everything was extremely simple and streamlined. The part that I was particularly happy with was the bidding, and the transparency with this. As a seller, I got notified when a bid was made and from what I can see anybody who made a bid also got notified if somebody outbid them, so it eliminated all concepts of a "phantom buyer" making bids to push up prices. This, I believe, is a model that all estate agents should use. If you're trying to decide between Auctioneera and another estate agent, go with Auctioneera... you won't regret it!
